Organizational Overview
Founded in 1999, Misión Cristiana para el Mundo (MCM) is a vibrant evangelical megachurch based in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, that is deeply committed to the holistic transformation of lives, families, and communities through the message of the Gospel. Together with its social outreach arm, Fundación Todas Las Cosas en Común (TCC), MCM emphasizes spiritual growth, social outreach, and reaching the next generation to address the pressing needs of the region. Driven by their vision of “Transformed Lives, Transformed Communities!” MCM and TCC work in tandem to deliver comprehensive support to vulnerable communities across western Venezuela. MCM’s three core objectives reflect their commitment to spiritual growth and transformation:
Church Growth and Multiplication: MCM prioritizes the spiritual health and discipleship of its members over sheer numbers. They have planted 31 daughter churches, each dedicated to transforming lives and communities through a powerful and relevant Gospel message. With over 5,000 members in its central church, supported by 24 pastors and 380 discipleship groups, MCM has also successfully planted 30 additional churches, expanding its reach to more than 13,000 people. By nurturing discipleship and leadership, the church plays a critical role in restoring broken families and offering spiritual liberation from vices, addictions and despair.
Integral Mission and Community Transformation: MCM’s social outreach is driven by TCC, which was formally established 16 years ago. TCC extends the church’s impact beyond spiritual matters by addressing practical needs such as food security, healthcare, and education. Through programs targeting vulnerable children and youth, TCC’s team of 60 staff members and 380 volunteers provides holistic support, including academic tutoring, sports programs, counseling, and emergency aid for thousands facing the socio-economic crises.
Impacting Future Generations: MCM places significant emphasis on empowering the next generation of leaders. The church’s comprehensive programs ensure that children and youth, many of whom come from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds, develop their faith, character, and leadership skills. MCM has inspired other congregations through its conferences and conventions on youth ministry and pedagogical models, nurturing young disciples who will one day lead and transform their communities.

Organizational Track Record
Misión Cristiana para el Mundo (MCM) and its social outreach arm, Fundación Todas las Cosas en Común (TCC), have been at the forefront of community transformation in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, since 1998. MCM was founded by Pastors Keison and Belkis Carrillo, whose mission was to share the Gospel and develop a growing community of disciples. Overcoming initial challenges, MCM grew from a small group of 15 people to a thriving congregation of over 5,000 members, using a discipleship model that expanded to over 380 cell groups across 30 districts. As MCM flourished, it planted 30 additional churches in western Venezuela, impacting over 13,000 members and expanding its vision of "Transformed Lives, Transformed Communities." This vision encompasses church growth, evangelism, and the empowerment of vulnerable children and youth, with the goal of creating transformational change within communities. TCC was formally registered in 2011 as a natural extension of MCM’s mission to address the social and economic challenges facing the community. Through various programs, TCC works closely with local churches, public institutions, and private partners to empower families, especially children and youth, with academic, spiritual, and social support. Key programs include sports academies to combat violence, arts education, elderly care, psychological services, and community clean-up initiatives. TCC also operates 25 community kitchens, serving more than 2,500 meals several times a week to vulnerable populations, including children, the elderly, and those affected by the economic and political crisis in Venezuela. Additionally, TCC’s holistic approach includes medical care, family wellness programs, and academic enrichment, all aimed at fostering resilience and reducing migration by providing sustainable, community-driven solutions. Through these combined efforts, MCM and TCC have become a vital lifeline for thousands, catalyzing spiritual and social transformation in Barquisimeto and beyond. Their commitment to community development and the empowerment of future generations ensures that their impact will continue to grow, touching lives across generations and promoting lasting positive change.
Key Leader Biosketch
Apostle Keison Carrillo holds a degree in Administration and Informatics from the Instituto Superior Universitario Rodolfo Lobero Arismendi, and worked for 12 years as a professional in middle-management in the banking sector in Caracas. After his conversion, he became an active members of a small Pentecostal church affiliated with the Emanuel Federation of Churches in Venezuela. His leadership was also cultivated at the Evangelical Pentecostal Church Las Acacias in Caracas. Sensing a call to the ministry, he earned a bachelor's and master's degrees in Bible and Theology at the Emanuel Bible Institute in Caracas, and later received his Doctorate in Theology from the "Dios es Amor" Institute. For the past 27 years, he has served as an evangelist, missionary, conference speaker, and has been the lead pastor of M.C.M. "Misión Cristiana Para el Mundo" for over 26 years, actively nurturing thriving ministries to expand the Kingdom of God. An accomplished author of five books, his influence spans beyond the pulpit. He is married to Belkis Carrillo and has three adult children.
Funding History with Camino Alliance
In 2021, Misión Cristiana para el Mundo (MCM) and its social outreach arm, Fundación Todas Las Cosas en Común (TCC), received a $15,000 USD grant from Camino Alliance to expand their youth discipleship programs. This initiative aimed to empower over 200 vulnerable children and youth in Barquisimeto by offering a comprehensive after-school program. The program included school tutoring, computer courses, music, dance, baseball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, karate, and biblical counseling, fostering both academic and spiritual development. The funding allowed MCM and TCC to significantly increase their reach, guiding youth in their faith and encouraging them to remain in Venezuela rather than emigrate.
In 2022, Camino Alliance granted MCM and TCC an additional $45,000 USD for the construction of a dining hall and to enhance their food security initiatives. This enabled them to serve over 66,000 meals to children, elderly individuals, and vulnerable populations in 2023 alone. The construction of an industrial kitchen at MCM’s main location further supported food distribution efforts, which now extend to local hospitals and prisons. In addition to meals, these initiatives also provided holistic support, including medical and psychological care. Through these programs, MCM and TCC have positively impacted over 2,500 people weekly across 25 locations, showcasing their commitment to community transformation and addressing both spiritual and physical needs amidst Venezuela’s ongoing crisis.
