Organizational Track Record
Fundación Didaqué has established itself as a vital theological training institute in Buenos Aires, Argentina, under the leadership of Pastor Enrique Luis Ruloff. After completing his Master of Divinity at Alliance Seminary in New York City in 1999, Pastor Ruloff returned to Buenos Aires, where he took over as pastor of Iglesia de Dios, a small church of 80 members. Through his leadership, the church has grown to over 700 members and now operates with a dynamic team of local leaders dedicated to ministering to children, youth, families, and the elderly. Central to Pastor Ruloff’s vision is a strong emphasis on discipleship, closely linked to solid theological education. In 2013, Kingdom College was established to build leadership capacity, offering theological training to aspiring leaders and pastors across Argentina and Latin America. Since its inception, the seminary has impacted over 300 students, offering both virtual and in-person courses. In 2023, over 30 students graduated with accredited degrees in theology, with many continuing to serve in ministry. Each year since 2012, Iglesia de Dios has also hosted a summit for pastors across Argentina, further expanding the reach of the foundation’s mission. The vision of Fundación Didaqué is to continue developing and sending out leaders and pastors to plant new ministries throughout the Spanish-speaking world, equipping them with the theological and spiritual tools necessary to advance the Kingdom of God.

Enrique Luis Ruloff is a seasoned pastor, theologian, and author with over 30 years of ministry experience. He is the senior pastor of Casa de Dios in Buenos Aires, a vibrant congregation where he has successfully planted several daughter churches. Additionally, Dr. Ruloff serves as the director of the Fundación Didaqué, which oversees the theological training institute Kingdom College, with theological degree programs aimed at equipping current and future leaders deeply rooted in the Word of God and the Holy Spirit, to serve the church in Argentina and abroad. Dr. Ruloff holds a Bachelor’s in Theology, as well as a Master of Divinity from Alliance Seminary in New York City. He later completed his Doctorate in Theology, with coursework in the United States and a thesis defended in Argentina. His educational journey has provided him with a rich foundation to guide his leadership and teaching. A prolific writer, Dr. Ruloff has authored 13 books, several of which have been translated into English, making his theological insights accessible to a broader audience. He is also a sought-after speaker at international conferences, known for his clear and engaging presentations. Dr. Ruloff is married to Paula, and together they have five children.
Funding History with Camino Alliance
In 2021, Fundación Didaqué, received a grant of $22,500 through Camino Alliance to expand the capacity and reach of its Kingdom College. This funding was allocated to rehabilitate the seminary’s space, including offices, a studio, and classrooms, as well as to purchase digital equipment for virtual classes and filming. Additionally, the grant covered the costs of printing educational materials and acquiring office and computer equipment such as laptops, projectors, and printers. As a result of this support, the seminary increased its student enrollment by 50 students on average and continued to build leadership capacity within the church. In 2025 alone, 50 students are expected to graduate with accredited theology degrees, helping to further the seminary’s mission.
